The pool area was nice, but it needed better maintenance. the staff were very helpful organizing a taxi to the port.

I had an enjoyable stay at Zorbas Hotel Santorini, where the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They offered fantastic support for transportation and provided us with plenty of towels. The pool area was beautiful, perfect for relaxation.

Breakfast options were limited.

Zorbas Hotel is certainly an interesting choice, I suppose. The pool area was dirty with neglected chairs. The bathroom was a disaster, water everywhere—definitely not the luxurious experience I had anticipated. I would have expected a complimentary upgrade due to the gross conditions but alas, no such luck. It’s just so disappointing. Almost left positive feedback, but just couldn’t!

The staff really went above and beyond, helping me figure out transportation and even getting the air conditioning to work! The drinks at the bar were pretty good, made the hot nights more bearable.

It wasn’t exactly a steal but it’s still acceptable for what you get.

The location is fantastic for getting around the

island, and the hotel had helpful transport services. However, the rooms, while clean, showed signs of aging with some maintenance issues. The staff was exceptionally friendly, which made up for some of the drawbacks during our four-night stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the cozy breakfast options and the gorgeous views of the vineyards. Our kids loved the clean pool area. The reception staff helped us with a taxi to the port, which was super convenient!

My wife says that the AC could use maintenance.

Staff were incredibly kind, especially Theo and Yanus. their willingness to help made our stay enjoyable. The location is excellent for easy access to transport. a quiet area perfect for pre-ferry rest.

Breakfast options were rather limited. mainly consisted of cold coffee and reformed ham slices.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring premium bedding and a nice flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the convenient location close to the bus stop for easy access to Fira. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with a packed breakfast and arranging a ferry transfer.
